We keep this simple: the site asks for nothing unless you choose to contact us, and it does not track you.

Who we are

This website is run by Zorian Games (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, contact us at ceo@zorian.games.

What this policy covers

This policy covers zorian.games and the messages you send us from it, wherever you are visiting from. The Redline demo at redlinegaming.space is a separate site, described below.

Information we collect

When you contact us: your name, business email, company and website if you give them, the inquiry type and your message. The contact form does not send anything itself: it opens your own email app, and we receive only what you choose to send.
Technical logs: our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) to deliver and secure the site.
Your cookie choice: stored only in your browser’s local storage (see Cookie preferences).

We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, embedded third-party media or externally hosted fonts on this site.

How we use it

To reply to your inquiry and handle any partnership or project discussion that follows.
To operate and secure the website.
To meet legal obligations that apply to us.

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and running a secure website, on steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract, and on legal obligations. We do not send marketing emails unless you separately ask to receive them.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and our email (such as our hosting and email providers), with professional advisers where needed, or where the law requires it. Some providers may process information in other countries; where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails for as long as we need them to deal with the inquiry and any relationship that follows, then delete them unless we must keep them for legal reasons. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own policies.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, uses a strict content security policy and loads no third-party scripts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. To use any of these rights, email ceo@zorian.games. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. You may also be able to complain to the data-protection authority where you live.

Children

This website is meant for business visitors and adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Cookies and local storage

We set no cookies. We store one item in your browser’s local storage, your cookie-preference choice, so the banner doesn’t reappear. It stays until you clear your browser storage or change your choice. See Cookie preferences.

The Redline demo

The Redline demo at redlinegaming.space uses an anonymous session cookie so it can keep your demo balance and rounds. It uses demo credits only and asks for no account or personal details. Leaderboards show players only as anonymous “Driver” labels.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
