About these terms

What the site is for

This site presents Zorian Games, our games and our services to businesses and the public. It is an information website. It does not offer gambling, accept wagers or deposits, or provide real-money play.

Eligibility

Our games are intended for adults aged 18 or over, and only where gaming is lawful. Content about our games is provided for information and for business discussions with operators and partners.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site. In particular, you must not:

attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
scrape, copy or harvest content in bulk by automated means without our permission;
introduce malware or interfere with other visitors’ use of the site;
use the site for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.

Intellectual property

The Zorian Games name and logo, Redline, artwork, screenshots, text, software and other materials on this site belong to Zorian Games or are used with permission. Using the site does not give you any right or licence to them. If you would like to use any of our materials, ask us at ceo@zorian.games.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep the site accurate, but information may change without notice and may not always be complete or up to date. Images on the site may be illustrative, and demos may not reflect a final product. We don’t promise the site will always be available or free of errors.

No offer and no availability promise

Nothing on this site is an offer to gamble or a promise that a game is, or will be, available in any particular country or on any particular platform. Any availability depends on the licences, certifications and approvals required where a game would be offered.

Links to other sites

The site links to other sites, such as the Redline demo. We are not responsible for sites we don’t control, and a link is not an endorsement unless we say so.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent the law allows, the site is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have that cannot be excluded.

Suspension

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, or restrict access to it, at any time.

General

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about using the site; separate written agreements govern any business relationship.
